Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered at https://sol-ca.com (the "Website") under the brand Solcasino for users in Canada (excluding Ontario). These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and apply to all access to and use of the services of Solcasino via sol-ca.com.

Definitions

  • Payment Processor means Unionstar Limited, a company incorporated in Cyprus with registration number HE 356131, having its office at Agias Fylaxeos & Zinonos Rossidi 2, 1st Floor, 3082 Limassol, Cyprus, which provides payment and financial processing services on behalf of the Operator.
  • Website means the online gambling platform accessible at https://sol-ca.com and any subpages, including but not limited to the terms and conditions, bonus policy, privacy policy and responsible gaming pages.
  • Brand or Solcasino means the commercial name and visual identity under which the Operator offers its services via sol-ca.com to users, including the localized offering known as Solcasino.

  • Cash Balance means the real-money part of the Player's Account consisting of deposited funds, winnings derived from such funds, and any other amounts not subject to wagering requirements.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification and due diligence procedures undertaken by the Operator in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) standards, and the Curaçao licence conditions.

  • Dispute means any complaint, claim, or disagreement between a Player and the Operator relating to the Services, Account, Bets, payouts, or these Terms.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: To register and use the Services, you must:
    • be at least 18 years old; and
    • have reached any higher minimum gambling age that applies in your province or territory of residence in Canada.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: By creating an Account you confirm that:
    • you are resident in Canada and not physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction when using the Services; and
    • you are not resident in, nor accessing the Website from, the province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction where the Operator does not lawfully offer its Services.
  • Single account rule: Each Player may hold only one Account on sol-ca.com. Creation of multiple Accounts, use of aliases or impersonation is prohibited and may result in suspension, closure and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings.

Registration Process

  • Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on the Website by providing:
    • full legal name;
    • date of birth;

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all registration and KYC information is truthful, complete and up to date. You must promptly notify the Operator of any changes (e.g., address or contact details). Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
  • Password and security: You are solely responsible for:
    • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
    • implementing appropriate device security (e.g., PINs, biometrics, antivirus); and
    • immediately notifying customer support at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
    The Operator is entitled to assume that any activity conducted through your Account is performed by you or with your authorization.
  • Prohibited uses: You undertake not to:

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each game available on the Website is governed by its specific rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information provided by the relevant software provider. By placing a Bet, you agree to be bound by the game-specific rules as well as these Terms.
  • Randomness and fairness: Outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, for live casino games, by physical game processes streamed in real time. The Operator relies on independent testing and its Curaçao licence framework to ensure fairness.

Placing Bets

  • Types of Bets: You may place Bets on:
    • video slots and casino-style games;
    • table games and card games;
    • live casino games; and
    • any other game categories offered from time to time on the Website.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game specifies minimum and maximum Bet amounts. Bets that fall outside these limits will not be accepted. The Operator may also impose overall per-account or per-transaction limits for risk management and responsible gaming reasons.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed when it is accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your game history. If a discrepancy occurs between your on-screen display and the Operator's server records, the server records shall prevail, subject to applicable law.
  • Use of funds: Bets are first deducted from your Cash Balance, unless the game or promotion specifically requires use of Bonus Funds. Where a Bonus is active, detailed rules on the order of fund use are set out in the Bonus Policy.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Player cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted and the game round has started, you cannot cancel, revoke, or modify the Bet except where the specific game rules expressly allow such action before the outcome is determined.
  • Operator cancellation: The Operator may void or adjust a Bet, game round or payout if:
    • a technical failure or malfunction affected game operation or displayed results;
    • the Bet was accepted after the outcome was known or could reasonably be known;
    • fraud, collusion, exploitation of a bug, or any other prohibited conduct is suspected; or
    • the Bet violates these Terms, applicable law or any game-specific limitations.
    In such cases, the original Bet may be refunded to your Account or treated as void, and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Player behaviour: When using live casino features, chat rooms or other interactive elements, you must:
    • refrain from abusive, offensive, discriminatory or harassing language;
    • avoid spamming, advertising, or promoting other services or websites;
    • not share personal or financial information of yourself or others; and
    • follow the instructions of dealers, hosts and moderators.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
    • collude with other Players or with casino staff;

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Provisions

  • Separate policy: All Bonuses and promotions offered by Solcasino via sol-ca.com are subject to these Terms and the detailed Bonus Policy available at https://sol-ca.com/en/bonus-policy. In case of conflict, the specific Bonus or campaign terms published on the Website at the time of participation prevail.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are intended for recreational Players and may be restricted to:
    • newly registered Players (welcome offers);
    • specified provinces or payment methods; or
    • Players meeting certain activity or loyalty thresholds.
    The Operator may refuse, limit or withdraw a Bonus from any Player where abuse is suspected or where the Player fails eligibility checks.

Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Activation: Bonuses may require:
    • a qualifying deposit meeting a minimum amount;
    • entry of a bonus code; or

    Combining Promotions

    • Non-stacking rule: Unless explicitly stated, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active deposit Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time.

    Withdrawals

      Fees, Chargebacks and Refunds

      • Fees: The Operator aims to process deposits and withdrawals without charging internal fees. However:
        • third-party providers, banks or card issuers may charge processing, conversion, or intermediary fees; and
        • the Operator may introduce reasonable administrative fees for specific transactions, with prior notice on the Website.
      • Chargebacks: If a deposit is charged back, reversed or otherwise cancelled:
        • the Operator may deduct the relevant amount from your Account balance;
        • any winnings derived from the charged-back funds may be voided; and

        Limitation of Liability

        Operator's Obligations

        Exclusions of Liability

        • Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from:
          • interruptions, delays or failures of telecommunications, internet connections, or third-party systems;
          • hardware or software malfunctions on your device;
          • bugs, errors or defects in third-party software, unless directly caused by the Operator's gross negligence; or
          • Force Majeure Events.
        • Network interruptions and disconnections: If your gaming session is interrupted, the state of the game as recorded on the Operator's servers will determine the outcome. The Operator is not responsible for any perceived losses resulting from your inability to complete a game due to connection issues beyond the Operator's control.
        • Indirect and consequential damages: The Operator is not liable for:
          • indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
          • loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill; or
          • any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

        Limitation of Maximum Compensation

        • Cap on liability: Without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights under applicable Canadian law, the total liability of the Operator to you for any single incident or series of related incidents shall, in all circumstances, be limited to the higher of:
          • the amount of the Bet or Stake placed by you in relation to the game or transaction giving rise to the claim; or
          • the amount of your net deposits to the Account during the three (3) months preceding the incident.
        • Regulatory compliance note: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability:
          • for death or personal injury caused by negligence;

        Intellectual Property Rights

        Permitted Use and Restrictions

        • Prohibited activities: You must not, without prior written consent from the Operator:
          • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its content;

        Termination & Suspension

        Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

        • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, and/or restrict your access to the Services, at its reasonable discretion, including where:
          • you breach any provision of these Terms, the Bonus Policy, or the Privacy Policy;
          • you provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
          • there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, chargebacks, collusion, Bonus abuse or any unlawful activity;
          • you are located in or a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction (including Ontario); or

        Player's Right to Close Account

        Consequences of Termination or Suspension

        • Funds remaining: Upon closure of your Account:
          • any remaining Cash Balance, not subject to investigation, chargeback, legal restriction or Bonus abuse, will be paid to you in accordance with these Terms; and
          • all active Bonuses, Bonus Funds and related winnings that have not yet met wagering or other conditions may be cancelled, unless otherwise required by law.
        • Outstanding investigations: Where investigations are ongoing, the Operator may withhold funds and information and may ultimately:

        Governing Law & Jurisdiction

        • Primary governing law: These Terms, your Account and any use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of the laws of your Canadian province or territory of residence that may apply for consumer protection purposes.

        Dispute Resolution
